The Salvation Scenario

So… The final word on salvation is that God in His sovereign authority opened a door by which the very spirit of His will might abide with in the hearts of man. Through the impartation of the Holy Spirit, we have an inner guide unto all truth. And its clear to say that in today’s world men have deemed truth to be whatever they choose to accept in their own mind; while the faithful know that there is no truth accept what God is saying in the moment.

With all that God has done to connect us to the revelations of His heart, many still lack the ability to hear his unhindered guidance, most of the time it’s because they’ve embraced doctrinal errors with such insistence that they will not receive correction…even from Gods holy Spirit.

There’s a new movement in Christianity that is declaring that Jesus did it all and you don’t have to do anything but believe and all your sins past and present are forgiven. But they don’t want to accept the fact that believing ON Christ Jesus means that His works become the foundation by which you live, breathe, and exist. We show that we believe IN Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny by speaking of them and walking out the sociological requirements of the time commissioned to them. But it’s all just an act of conforming to sociological submission. We believe IN…meaning that we insert ourselves into their world of fantasy and non-truth existence.

Let me show you where the difference between believing IN and believing ON can be discerned in the word.

John 3:16 reads: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth IN him SHOULD not perish, but have everlasting life.

The word IN is declaring the insertion of self into the probability of fact. We we can believe IN something prior to the conception of fact. The word “should” is used to indicate obligation, duty, or correctness, typically when criticizing someone's actions. Or it’s used to indicate what is probable, like "$348 million should be enough to buy him out"

Believing IN opens us to the probability of a fact; and from the place of a small seed does the Holy Spirit begin to nurture your faith.

This one foundational scripture explains how many know of Christ but fail to walk by the Spirit, hence not receiving eternal life, they failed to recognize that by believing, you SHOULD not perish, but still bare ability to do so. Through the self- endeavor of our hearts we fail to allow the same Spirit that lived in Christ to be our guide to growth.

When we consider the scriptures that told us to believe ON Christ Jesus, we see that they declare an absolute state of eternity.

John 6:47 - Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth ON me HATH everlasting life.

Acts 16:31 - And they said, Believe ON the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou SHALT be saved, and thy house.

John 5:24 - Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth ON him that sent me, HATH everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

Too many come to the point of superficial belief, but never allow themselves to be taken to the revelation of God’s truths; a place where we can be empowered to surrender the strength of our own foundation; so that the foundation of Christ may be all that we stand upon.

John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

John 16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

To put it simply; God knowing man’s inability to walk in His will, opened a door for His very will to live within the hearts of man. When we truly believe, we no longer walk in sin; because the works of the Father are now manifest above the desires of the flesh.

Unrepentive sinful nature is an indication of unbelief. There’s a lot more to it than Jesus died for your sins, He ROSE to open a door of HOLY GHOST EMPOWERMENT. In the year 2020 Christianity has revealed desire for self-endeavor above truth more than ever before. The truth is, if the lust of self- endeavor motivates you, then your belief is in the strength of your own hand, not your belief in God. Faith is a commitment to what you deem to be truth. Is your foundation the WILL of God in the moment, or is it sometimes motivated by what you think, feel, or desire? Just remember this…

I Corinthians 6:9-11

9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

Galatians 6:7-9

7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

As we have professed that we believe, let us not fade in the commitment of our faithfulness to Him; even when we think no ones watching. Let us surrender all that we believe has power to cause us to stand; unless it is submitted to our trust in His guidance. What a joy it is to know the will of the Father; that is when it’s your will to fulfill it.
